We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented person who thrives in a precise, process driven environment. This associate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of product testing, product specifications and product acceptance. Assist in the creation, implementation, and insurance of operational compliance of the API Quality Management System including verification, acceptance, non-conformance, corrective actions, and training activities. Monitor, test and verify compliance of product for each phase of operation which includes mine production, plant processing, packaging and final product acceptance.
Responsibilities also include collecting and running samples on various products from mills to ensure that they meet Western Clay Company’s spec standards. Personnel will confer with mill operators on product quality and make changes to production to bring non-conformance into proper specifications. Personnel will also ensure that samples of bagged product are turned into the lab for testing and that bagging personnel and mill operators are filling out the proper paperwork for production.
