Job Description

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic, and most importantly has great communication skills that will work well in a team setting. Someone who is production minded with drive and desire to improve processes. On-site MSHA training is required and will be provided as part of the initial safety training. The role is full-time, with health insurance, paid time off, and an assortment of unique benefits. Monday-Thursday with Rotating Shifts Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM **Occasional Fridays and Weekends WILL be possible** Redmond Minerals is a subsidiary of Redmond, Inc., an award-winning Utah company known for our unique approach to investing in relationships and putting people first. Job Duties

Miller responsibilities include butare not limited to operating loaders, forklifts,and skid steer. Operating and maintaining crushers, screens, beltlines, andhand sorting various sizes of salt rock. Daily area cleanup is also importantand expected to maintain a safe working environment.
